Maiden voyage was Jun 11, 2017. Meraviglia, or Wonder in English, is the feeling of being amazed when we see something new, extraordinary or unimaginable. This is the first of the Vista-class ships and the first ship fitted with new technologies to improve the onboard digital experience. This allows guests to use smartphones, keycards, and bracelets to access their stateroom, make payments, and geolocate themselves. There are 2244 staterooms total and the decks are named after some of the worlds most famous architechtural and historic sites.

Marketplace Buffet- self-service, open kitchens, open 20 hours per day
Panorama Restaurant- main restaurant, flexible dining, all 3 meals, 7-course dinner menu
LOlive Dore- main restaurant, flexible dining, divided into 2 restaurants

Waves Restaurant- main restaurant, classic dining, complimentary, fixed dining, the only breakfast restaurant
MSC Yacht Club Restaurant- all 3 meals, different menu daily, Yacht Club members only

Daytime entertainment can be found at the large water park which features 3 waterslides and indoor amusement park, as well as one of the many swimming pools and jacuzzis in the outdoor areas. For the rainy days or evenings, there is also a virtual games arcade and bowling, 4D Cinema, car and flight simulators, Team sport arena, and large Technogym. Kids and teens also have their own age appropriate clubs that they can enjoy time playing and learning.
Adults have their very own adults-only solarium which has a whirlpool, or they can check out the Aurea Spa Complex, which has steam rooms, sauna, relaxation room, thalassotherapy hot tubs, treatment rooms, and beauty salon. It is the largest spa on any MSC cruise ship with 20 treatment rooms and a very large thermal suite.
Exclusively for Yacht Club members is the Top Sail Lounge, which has dedicated concierge service. Drinks and snacks are served for free, and there is also an outdoor area and pool.
Nightly entertainment can be found at the Meraviglia Atrium, the Broadway Theatre, The Carousel Lounge, Plaza Meraviglia, the Attic Club disco, TV Studio and Bar, and The Casino Imperiale. There are also various bars and smaller lounges that offer live music and smaller group nightlife.
